I need to attest my salary certificate in Indian embassy for a loan purpose. Heard that it requires chamber of commerce + ministry of foreign affairs attestation prior going to Indian embassy. My doubts are

An individual can approach the Chamber of commerce alone for attestation or do we need a PRO along with the person?

What documents required for this ?

Where is the current location of ministry of foreign affairs?
