What is the procedure to attest the salary certificate? The certificate needs to be submitted in a bank in India and it needs to be attested. How and where can we do that? please help us out.

I asked the same in the question section and got the answer to go to Indian embassy. We went there but they asked us to complete the procedure. He said something about Chamber of commerce, they were not much helpful and didn't gave us the complete info. Can anybody help? I'm sure many of the Qlers might had to attest the salary certificate at some point of time for banking issues in their home country. Please help. We need to submit it in the bank by Nov 10th.

but the embassy is saying that we need to get it stamped from chamber of commerce and places. my brother is working in qchem. he is the one who needs it done.

SALARY CERTIFICATE IS THE SAME AS (LABOR CONTRACT) AND YOUR COMPANY CAN ISSUE AND STAMP IT. YOU HAVE TO ATTACH YOUR LABOR CONTRACT COPY TO THIS. ONCE IT IS DONE GET IT RATIFIED BY YOUR EMBASSY AND THAT'S ALL. YOU CAN USE IT ANY WHERE.
