salary.
hi, i am working with a company from last 4 months as a engineer, my RP is still pending up to now i am not received 3 months salary, the are keep on delaying the salary , i am also not interested to work with them, i want go back my home country, what can i do, to come out from this situation. if i go to the labor department the issue will solve, please advice me. thanks.

I am very sorry to hear this news. It's really very bad situation as a bachelor how can manage without salary. As an Engineer you have bright endeavor/skill and you may have good oppertunity whether in your home country or any other GCC. If you really dont want continue work with your present sponsor and if you are ready to go your home country you can go ahed to Labor Department to complain them.
But make sure that you have signed agreement or offer letter or any contract with them.
