Kindly advice me in this issue:

I have been working in Doha since 3 years now! About 4 months ago I got married here! I want to transfer my visa under my husband becose otherwise here in Doha as far as I understood I have not right being his wife! My husband put all the necessary papers to the Labour DepartmentI mention he is working here for a company.Till now he had 4 meetings and the answer was No !!!! Really this get my crazy,in the time that the company with who i was working gave me aprovel to transfer under my husband !
If there is someone facing the same problem and wants to give an advice I will apreciate!Is the nationality a issue in this subject???

may be husband's profession mentioned in iqama does not suit for a family status. go to labour, and ask the person who rejected the application, the reason for rejecting.

No there is no problem , you can transfer to your husband sponsorship if you provide the necessary documents.

If all your documents ok all i can say to you they are delaying in processing it must not take more than one week if some one is following it in labor department.

My husband nationality is palestinian! Should be a big issue that he is palestinian?! Are the palestinians not alowed anymore to marry other nationality?

Yes its also depend on nationality..

If i can ask what is your hasband nationality so i can give you a full answer .
