RP renewal issues

Dear All,

It would be great if someone can really help me with his knowledge or experience.

My RP is expiring in coming week & due to my managers instructions ( professional issues have been going since one month) it has not gone for renewal. Apart from that I have been asked to not to come to office, they would terminate my contract. Since there has been no communication in writing, i am in fix of what to do? I have already commuicated the same to managers Boss, but nothing has happened.

How long can I stay in Qatar post RP expiry & will there be any repercussions on me?
