I guess that dummy ticket can be obtained, some travel agencies (needs connections I guess)can even arrange it for you. But then again it's still wiser to just go and buy a return ticket, you can always change the date should they decide to stay longer.

"There is no way to get or no such thing as dummy return ticket" -- well that is not entirely true...

I'd be tempted to agree with Intelligent on this one, especially with Qatar's strict visa policy. If you buy a full price ticket you can always change the date later. Besides, return tickets are not that much more than one way.

Did you Google it first?

If your family is going to come on visit visa then better they travel on return ticket. Sometime the airlines will not let them fly if they dont have confirmed return tickets. There is no way to get or no such thing as dummy return ticket. You have to buy return tickets but the only thing you can do is to make sure your family buy only those tickets which can be refunded once they are really not going to use them.

Peace.
