Dear QL Friend,

I want to ask if my friend is having the working visa and residential permit with a local 5 stars hotel. My friend has back to his own country and would like to come back again. However, the local hotel will not issue the release letter.

Is there any possibility to solve this problem?

Also, I have another friend is having the residential permit and working visa in United Arab Emirates. Can my friend come to Qatar in permanent basis and do my friends need a visa to come in?

Both of my friends are Chinese
