Residence Visa and Finger Printing
Hi! good day all. Just 2 weeks ago my residence visa together with my 2 children was granted by moi under my wife sponsor and we undergone medical exam and the schedule for finger printing will be on sept 1. Now one of my friend told me that, i will encounter a problem on my finger printing because my 2 year ban from my previus sponsor is still in effect and probably the finger printing machine will appear an error mark on my file. Now i just want to ask if somebody here have knowledge how true is it. Our visa was approved by the moi, but is it possible that i can have problem in finger printing? I resigned from my previous employer last year November 15 and that is my 5fth year working from that company. Please for those who have knowledge please advise me.
Congratulations Elmarth!God is great all the time!
Hi Chameleon thanks for your kind and genuine comments, i got my I.D now. To God be the Glory...
Thank you maam chameleon... : )
My case was the same. My previous evil employer refused to give me NOC so I resigned, had my visa cancelled, exited the country for a while, came back on family visa, applied for a new job and got a valid working permit. Oh but don't get the idea that these things would be a breeze. You will have to go through all the agony again....fixing paperworks and waiting so be patient:) Good luck!
Hi chameleon, i just want to ask if your previous employer gave you NOC or not? in my case they wont give NOC, i dont know why, despite of i'm serving them for 5 years already at the time of my resignation and i have no liabilities or any derogatory record from the company, i exited clean and peaceful.
Sorry to disagree with your comment nwosu. I was able to work when I got my family RP just a few months after I exited. My husband prepared NOC for me allowing me to work and then my new company applied work permit for me and.....Voila! I am legally working again.
Hi nwosu, i'm little bit confused of your comment, i am not eligible to work until two years elapse, but you've said there will be no problem with your fingerprint? Which is right? please explain. Thanks anyway for the input... : )
Yoi will not be eligible to work until after the two years have elapsed. There will be no problem with your ffingerprint. Cheers.
Thank you very much chameleon its a big eas to my feelings, reading your shared comments. I am afraid to proceed for finger printing because of some speculations outside. Thanks once again... God Bless... : )
You will be under your wife's sponsorship so even if your records show that you have worked in Qatar previously it shouldn't be a problem in the fingerprinting process. I know because I didn't have a problem in my fingerprinting even if I did not finish 2 years out of Qatar and came back under family sponsorship.
