what is requirements for applying visa for new born baby born in qatar?

im not under in my husband's sponsorship but we are both in same company

Assalamu alaikkum, Dear Brothers and sisters i am in same situation my wife visa is under her father, her delivery date is on June-2016 after delivery how can we get ID for my coming baby..?

and my profession is technician n salary only 8500/- my wife working in hamad medical corporation

Please tell me how to get ID for baby.. Thanks!

- Copy of RP of father & Mother

- Copy of birth certificate

- Original Passport of baby

- RP application form with photo of the baby

1. Marriage Certificate

2. Birth Certificate of Baby issued by Hospital in Qatar

3. Passport copies of Father, Mother and Baby

4. Resident Permit/Resident Card copies of Father and Mother

5. Original Passport of Baby

6. Resident Permit Visa application with Color Photo (background should not be white)
