i know and he is already applied for many jobs but still no response from anywhere:(

any idea how long it takes to get a work permit. Is there a way to track where it is in the 'system'.

it works otherwise! he FIRST has to get a job, and then the company who wants to hire him, will issue a visa for him.

He cannot get just a work visa with no work! it doesn't make sense.

he has to apply for the job, to get an offer from some company, to accept this offer, and after that the work visa will be issued by the company.

actually when last jan he was there in qatar he got offered from many companies but the only problem was that he doesnt have visa.so once he"ll get working visa he can find job easily.

are you looking for the job for your husband? or he does have a job already, and needs a working visa to be issued?

maybe you should start a thread, 'Pakistani visa required'. Its more specific and if someone has a Pakistani visa and looking to hire, your job would be done.

actually they r not pying gud and whenever u want release letter they"ll not give u :(

Fatima... As unlikely as it is for a very generous person to offer to help you in this matter... Nevertheless, if such a person does exist, he/she would need to know your husband's nationality to be able to help you.

i think that the gov't is offering free lance visas...i think you should check on various travel agents to keep for updates...;
