Renewal for Family Visit Visa

Hi everybody out there
I need a clarification regarding one situation.
At present my sister are here in Qatar on Family visit visa(valid for six months)under my husband sponsorship,
is that true that immigration change the procedure of renewal of Family visa instead of 5 months renewal,,they give only 1month for renewal.

me and my husband just renewed my visa yesterday same procedure nothings change.
They didn't change anything on the procedure for renewal of family visit visa but they are applying it even though its not in the new rules for the renewal, because it happens to me they only give one month renewal for my sister there telling that now you can extend it for 1 month only and i think there not issuing family visit visa for brother and sister anymore everyday there changing there rules.
after the medical commission u can extend another 5 months my wife is already 4 months here
let her do the medical and she can renew the additional 5 months.
