I acquired family visa 2 years back and now it's time for renewal. Our company PRO has asked me to take labour dept approval again. My salary is around Qr.6.2K and the salary requirement bracket required is Qr. 7.0K. Will this affect my application? what documents i need to submit again ( are bank statements required)

For your case it will not be a problem only you need to do the same process to apply again and 100% it will approve even the salary is less.

Then you have to submit this application to labour dept near american hospital, they will issue one receipt, and u can check the status online when it approved just take that printout and go for renewal of RP.

You need to fill one form for family visa (New and renew same form, form needs to get stamped from your Sponsor.

NOC from sponsor mentioning your salary and they dont hv objection on renewal.

Passport copy of you and your spouse

Thats it...

or better you can go to Al rafa typing near immigration office, they will fill form and draft NOC from employer and will tell you all requirement and they charge just 30-40 riyals
