Totally agree with Wild Turkey. It is the Landlord's responsibility to attest it at the Ministry of Urban Planning. Beware though,some landlords here turned it into a business and charge exorbitant fees for them to attest the rent agreement. We were victimized by these scammers when my husband needed our rent agreement attested.
