I have made a offer from REDCO INTERNATIONAL QATAR as a Electrical Design Engineer. I have a five years experience in Emaar Group Dubai Based.

They sent me out a contract letter which says 18 months work and 30 days holidays after that holidays can be without pay plus i need to pay my own ticket to return home.

They will take every year 100 QR from my salary and visa charges to when the contract will renew from my salary. I have no idea about REDCO Environmental Any body can help me out with all that

Confused!

I don't think so 6000 QR is feasible without annual paid leave.

I would suggest you to think twice thrice before joining this company, I have heard very negative feedback from the employees working there. They are really haramis when it comes to salaries/package.

Anyways, just be very cautious with the package. Working environment, what i heard is not that good. Better someone working there can answer you more effectively. :)

Dear, REDCO INTERNATIONAL is a Pakistani Firm and have many Project in Qatar and the Rule and Laws are same for all employee

You are an Engineer and 100 Riyal after one year is not a big deal, Mainly you should focus on yours salary if salary is better and you are satisfy on yours salary its OK.

I think other all things are minor
