What are the requirements to bring in philippine embassy for stamping of my NBI(with red ribbon)??????
i dont have my passport right now.The US embassy still holding it for my visa and they just waiting for my NBI to submit. All i have is the Qatar I.D. and all my original certificates.
Hi,
Just bring your red ribbon NBI document(s) to the embassy and be ready with QR 100 for the processing fee. If you go there in the morning before 10 you might be able to get it after lunch.
Do let me know if you need further assistance.
Have a great day my friend. :)
There are two ways to get NBI clearance:
1. Go to the Philippine Embassy and follow their procedure. The list of requirements are stated above by some helpful kabayans.
2. Otherwise, ask a friend/relative in the Philippines to get an NBI clearance for you (they must present your old/expired NBI clearance). Pay 115 pesos (for travel abroad). If you don't have an old NBI clearance, go back to Step 1.
3. When your friend/relative gets the new NBI clearance, ask them to have it authenticated by the DFA in Manila. Pay 100 pesos. If they live far from Manila, they can ask a travel agent or a courier service to process the document in DFA (cost varies depending on the agent). DFA will issue the authentication (with the Red Ribbon), then it has to be mailed it to you in Qatar (Philpost SpeedMail charges about 900 pesos, you'll get it in 3 to five days). DHL and FedEx charges between 2,500 to 3,000 pesos. Personally, I've used Philpost on several occasions and there has been no problem.
4. Once you receive it, go to Philippine Embassy in Doha to have it authenticad. Pay 100QR (cash only).
5. Then proceed to Ministry of Foregin Affairs for attestation. Pay 20QR (e-cash/credit/debit only).
1. YOur Authorization letter to the person whoever you want to process this documents.
2. You need to have your Valid ID's and the other party
3. Your ID Photos (2x2)
In Qatar:
That Red Ribbon need to be stamped here in the Phil Embassy (100QR fee) before proceeding to Ministry of Foreign Affairs (20 QR Stamping fee)
your question is very vague... i don't really get what you mean... anyway, your NBI should be ribboned before you bring it to phil embassy here in qatar otherwise they will not stamp on it...
I believed they only required the FF:
1. Authorization letter to the person whoever you want to process this documents.
2. Valid ID's and the other party
3. ID Photos (2x2)
Try to go to Phil Embassy to confirm.
