Questions about family visa

Dear all,
Situation is like this.
She worked for Qatar Airways from Sep, 2012, and left the country without proper resign (jump ship) several month ago, which means no cacel stamp on the visa. I am working in Qatar since May, 2012. Now we get marrid, and I want to bring her to Qatar.
The problems confuse me are:
1. Does she need a NOC to enter Qatar again on family visa?
2. Whether qatar airways will cancel her visa? and could it affect her famaily visa?
3. Will she be blacklisted by Qatar airways due to the unproper leaving of the company and country?

Ban expires, 2 years from the date of expiry of her RP. If there is no Police Case against her made by Qatar Airways to black list her, after the ban period, she can come on Family visit visa. But again, everything is subject to Immigration approval. If the Captain rejects her visa application,neither we can explain not argue with the officer.
As per my knowledge, 2 yr ban will come on her for employment visa but you can bring her on Family visa .
but suggest you to confirm this with some visa agents as its not a normal case so hardly anybody can tell u ...... anyway there r awys solution with problems ...
