I have got a srilankan maid visa issued on a maid. Later found that she failed the medical test in her country thus can not travel. Now I want to cancel the visa or change to another maid. What is the procedure for cancelling/cahnging the visa. Expecting your prompt reply.

go to any immigration department and take her visa with the test report and tell them wana cancel visa they will tell you the procedure

Take the letter stating she has failed in her health requirement in her country and request for a change
