Question regarding switching jobs (RP related)

I've been in Qatar for over a month now and have been employed by a private construction firm, however, I've been offered employment with another private construction firm and the offer is exponentially better. My questions:

1) I do not have a RP yet. I am on the current employer's work visa which expires 09/30. I also haven't done fingerprinting/medical. Do I need an exit permit to leave and re-enter on the new company's work visa?

2) Since I do not have an RP, do I need a No Objection Certificate in order to switch employers?

3) I signed an open contract that states I can give 3 days notice during my 6-month probationary period. I won't get into details as to why I want to leave (apart from a significantly better offer), but how would I go about resigning without hard feelings?

I'd appreciate all your help!

Your current sponsor or company will demand payments for all their expenses in bringing you here if you were hired from your point of origin (country) and only if the company will allow you to transfer to other company. It will really depend on your employer's discretion. Usually the company will send you back to your country before your probationary period if you desire to resign given with 3 days notice.

Regarding exit and return on new visa its subject to immigration approval. Please check with Gharaffa immigration prior to exit for better results. As immigration has the best answer for that since there are always changes in immigration rules so no body knows clearly.

Dear Tawfiq,

If your medical or finger prints not yet done so means RP not yet done. You can job but you need a NOC from current employer to transfer your work visa into new

It's simple but you have to have NOC is required before end of current visa expiry.

Dear Brite, Don't be so hard for new ones

Good luck!

Just out of curiosity. You don't have to answer if you don't want to , but why does one begin a job and immediately start looking for another ?
