Do anyone know this company ?
Is it coming under the umbrella of QFC - Qatar Financial Center ?
Does it have special authority to get visas ?

one of my friends son got a job there and started wroking. But still WorkVisa is not issued, His passport also not taken from him.

Does it take such a long time to get a work visa ?

Qatar Insurance Company International is established in the Qatar Financial Centre. It is a subsidiary of Qatar Insurance Company. Usually the residence permits are processed through the Qatar Financial Centre Authority immigration area. I can't opine on how long it should take.
