you can NOT work on the family VISIT visa under any circumstances.
You have two options:
1. To get your RP under your husband's sponsorship, to find the job and to issue a Work Permit; OR
2. To find a job, and get sponsored by the hiring Company, i.e. to obtain a Work visa and RP...
