Possibly Pregnant

Greetings,

My wife and I have both been offered jobs in Doha which we have accepted and plan to move over within the next 6 weeks. My question is this:

There is a very, very slight possibility that she may be pregnant. Would this affect her getting a work visa/residency visa? Her being pregnant will not be an issue for the employer as it will not affect her ability to work.

Thanks
Mojo

No problem at all. As long as you have your visa approve by MOI you can always come here especially you are coming in as couples.

As long as her employer/your employer know that she is pregnant (or might be) in advance and they have no issue with it then that is fine.

If however you plan to come out without informing them of this possibility and it shows up on her medical - they may decide they dont want to employ a pregnant female and could always take back the offer and process no visa...

Congrats on starting a family. There should be no issues as long as the mandatory medical tests for all new residents come clean.
