Is that possible for my dughter in law to get six month validity for visit visa

my daughter in law came here in Qatar with family visit visa(with my sponsorship) she done medical also and after i got renew another 3 month validity.Is that possible to new another three month more and total six month?pls help me to know about this

Very likely I think, your best chance is to go to the immigration office and ask for the extension. Generally visit visas are extended for 6 months, so give it a chance, inshaAllah.
