requirements for permanent visa are below..

1) visa form ( you can type from any typist)

2) NOC from company

3) work contract

4) your QID and passport copy

5) your wife passport copy

6) six month bank statement ( per month QAR 10000+ showing )

7) rental agreement attested from baladiya

8) marriage certificate ... attested from ur country then from your embassy in Qatar then go to Asia translation for arabic translation near harley Davidson showroom, then go to MOFA for attestation near gulf cinema signal after that go to Al saad court in front of blue saloon with 2 witness holding QID and finish u will get Qatar marriage certificate in hand

Have you done the attestation from Ministry of foreign affairs qatar... if not you have to do the attestation from there and directly go to Immigiration and apply for visa thats all...
