I am currently working here in UAE and am just waiting for my Business visa for Qatar, I have no plan to have a cancellation for my UAE Visa because my company wants me to pay for all the Visa expenses and they want it to be a 3 month notice upon resignation, but I want move and work in Qatar for a personal reasons.
If I found a job there in Qatar while on Business Visa, is it required that my UAE visa to be cancelled before a working Visa in Qatar to be processed?

Thank you so much for all of you, I'll just follow all your advices, anyway the Business Visa has not yet come and I can still cancel the application, I will just wait for my 1 year in my previous company and file the proper resignation so that my Visa will be cancelled before I move to Qatar.

Thanks guys!

Personal reasons??? Maybe you just want to follow your lover...Habibi...still a lot of people queing applying for a job to work overseas and you are lucky enough that you manage to escape. work, work and work to save money at least somehow you can send something to your family back home......Don't ever leave UAE without cancelling your visa..your present company will file case for absconding and you cannot comeback to uae anymore...what if you cannot find your luck in Doha???

you are already violating the law of Qatar.. you have bought your business visa illegaly... You are also violating the law in Dubai by escaping your employer and not meeting your company's requirements.. what do you expect to hear here? To advise you if you can keep doing your semi-legal stuff? Guess what. You MUST cancel your residency in Emirates before getting Residency in Qatar. Better stay there...

They will not issue RP for you unless you cancel your visa there.....Stay where you are and enjoy your life in Dubai..In Qatar, not much place to go...
