Pls. help me to find my rights.. thank you..
i was been in trouble because of my colleague, just to make the story short we fight inside the shop physically but take note shes the one who started so i did her too. so our company did investigation with the cooperation of the police, so our agreed we will not file a case for both party and my operation manager promised me that i will not be worry about and i will continue to work under the company. so they let us to signed for our suspension for few days then suddenly after the incident happened. they called me to informed that they are going to terminate us. pls advice me,, and take note my qatar id is getting expire this coming month of november 10,2012. pls let me know if i have any rights to stay here in qatar.

You should had not fight against each other in the first place...always bear in my mind you are only expats here and the reason you are here is to provide for your family that are struggling in your home country...
if the company will terminate you and if they will give you a NOC then you can you look somebody who is arranging a visa so you can stay and apply here in Doha, but if your company will not going to give you NOC after cancellation of your visa you need to ga back into your country of origin and you are ban for work here in Doha for 2 years.............
