Hi,

Are you sure that it is to be attested by the Qatar embassy first, or is it the other way round?

Also, can anyone help to understand where exactly in delhi can we get this attested from? I'm told there's an office in Patiala House courts... has anyone got it done?

first to be atested by your embassy and then counter attested by ministry of foreign affairs....easy procedure..for embassy attestation...submission in the morning and collectin by 3 pm and next day in 10mins u can finsih min of foreign affairs attestation...all the best
