Please Help! Need you Advice Regarding Visa.

Hi Everyone!

I'm working here for about 5 months now. I enter Qatar with working visa stamped from my country. We know that this visa is for 3 months only. Since i'm in 5 months staying here already, my residence visa is not yet stamped in my passport. I don't have any idea about the status of my RP visa since I already done fingerprinting and blood typing.

For now, I already resigned in the company and my last day will be on May 3. I will exit Qatar and come back to my country. I just want to have your good and true opinions regarding this matter. My resignation was approved already. My questions are;

1. Since there is no RP stamped on my passport, can i come back again in Doha for work even I have no NOC?

2. Is there any penalty fee for the excess 2 months I stayed here since my working visa was expired already? Some told me that there's no penalty as long as you are in 6 months probationary period even the RP was not stamped in the passport. Is that true?

Thanks A lot. Hope to hear from you guys!

As per my knowledge if your finger printing and medical are done then your RP is under process and you should get an NOC from your present Employer. However wait for other comments.
