PLEASE HELP!!!!!

My husband resign last August in his previous work here in doha and there's no cancelled in his passport but the company did not give him NOC. I want to know, If ever I will get him through working visa,do we need an NOC from his previous job?what are the procedures on this..thank you!

There is no other procedure but to get NOC from sponsor to transfer, otherwise no other option but to exit and wait for 2 years, or until the sponsorship system has been abolished.
