Please advise about cancelation of new employment visa.

I am in India now. I got an employment opportunity with a Qatari Company. They process my employment visa and I got an employment visa. It actually took nearly 3 months time. During the time, I had an interview with another company in Qatar. This Interview was also held in India, and they offer me better package and benefits. Now my concern is, if I accept the new company’s offer, then how about the employment visa issued already by the previous company name. How the visa will cancel? Please let me know to take a right decision and proceed further.
Do I need to cancel the ealier obtained visa ? advise..
