Irfan, Once you get a JOB in Qatar, you will be provided with RP (Resident Permit) after which you will be able to open a bank account, once you are done with this you will be able to provide six month bank statement to sponsor your wife + kid(s). for parents & brother you can just get them a visit visa which is valid for a max of 6 months, that too you can sponsor a visit visa for them only after you get a RP for your wife.

If your husband changed sponsors and has a different visa your visa was cancelled when how previous visa was cancelled by his former employer.

of course you should have a residence permit first here in qatar provided by your employer here in Qatar.

- salary must be not below 4,000QR

- bank statement for at least 6 months

- utility bills (water & elect)

- certificates authenticated by embassy of your native, and ministry of foreign affairs Qatar

- copy of house contract

- educational certificates authenticated same as above

- salary certificate from employer

Submit these requirements to dept of labor, after 3 days u get the result if approved or not, then go to immigration for blue visa printing, then proceed to medical commission for medical examination of the applicants you want to sponsor, then after 3 days again bring the result to criminal investigation dept for fingerprinting together with the copy of blood grouping, then go back again to immigration for id card issuance.

All these things can be accomplished within 3-wks upon submittal of requirements.

Goodluck and i hope I had been of help to you by this message, Cheers:)
