I have given a Labor Visa and my passport is with my employer, I want to resign from my Job, Is it possible for them to harm me?

they cannot harm you, but if you want to resign, they wont let you work here anywhere anymore... as per rules and regulations...

My passport is with my employer but I can resign without the fear of being harmed unless ofcourse you committed a fraud or something.
