Hi, As per my Indian passport, my name is follows:

Given: Sudhakar
Sur Name: Munirathinam.

While applying passport for my new born kid, I have not include the surname of the father in the baby passport only "given name - Sudhakar" is filled as father name. The same situation for mothers name also.

(Myself & Wife have valid RP)

While applying visa for my new born (above 3 months)
Please advice the father and mother name in the baby passport should match exactly for getting Visa.

or if the given name itself is ok?

is ur last names match YES.

But if theres no match u may need to provide his birth certificate
