I left my job in October and started a new one in November. My RP hadn't been started but my passport had a temporary work visa in it.

Will I have any issues with a new work visa or will I need an NOC?

Can you please only answer if you KNOW for sure. I have been advised that because there was no contract with the 1st employer that I am ok. Furthermore I am told that because of the lack of contract the RP process hadn't started yet.

I want to be sure before proceeding.

another employers, no contract had been signed though. I am very worried that the RP will not be processed because this employer does not issue NOCs

On whose sponsorship were you, even with the temporary visa.some one should have given you this temp work visa.
