Nursing document authenticating problems

I'm an Asian RN. I've worked for a few years in another Gulf country so I have documents (letters of experience & training centre course certificates from that country's Ministry of Health). I spent all day today driving office to office (Ministry of Foreign Affairs, embassies, Ministry of Health, Hamad Training Centre, Hamad's ILS course office, etc.). How can I do this? I'm willing to pay an experienced man from an agency to do this. PM me if you're interested.

Anyway, if you're going to work in a certain place, then their Liason Officer can help to finish all these stuff for you, except for The ILS-course which you need to personally attend to obtain a certification from HIMTC, which is basically required for a Nursing License in Qatar.

I think she is looking for someone to finish the "documents authentication" work for her. And it has nothing to do with HMC-HR.
I also presume, she wants to apply for a Nursing License in Doha :) I just thought!
