If i walk out of my job in Dubai and do not cancel my resident visa, will that be a problem for obtaining a working visa in Qatar. I know i will get a ban maybe for one year in Dubai, but that is fine.

You've to get your visa cancelled for a new work visa in Qatar or any other GCC country.
