Previously I worked with Q-Company for 2 yrs and left qatar with NOC provided by company. now after 22 months (before 2 yrs) again i join one private company with NOC
from my previous Q-company. if i get the job in Q-company again shall i be eligible for getting NOC from my current company. my current employer is private company.

It is your mistake

you should ask your Q Company before you accept an offer from your Private Company

If you are started working with New company it is too late to change your job

If you haven't started with new company it is still possible but you must disclosed everything to Q Company
