I was came here in Feb 2009. Now I'm working under residence visa. But our Company is going to stop their activites and providing me visa transfer or NOC.I would like to know Is in this NOC I can re enter to Qatar again? Because i not completed even single year with my first employer. If anybody have any ideas please share with me.

provided you don't stay out of the country for more than 6 months and your existing visa is still valid during the time of reentry

yeah if they give you a NOC you can come back anytime.
