I am here with my husband on a spouse visa. My husband is talking about leaving. I want to stay. Can he give me an NOC to give to my employer or another company so that I can remain in Qatar? Our company made it so easy for us that I have no clue how this works for the average person.

Yes your current employer is having a female visa available, you can transfer your visa with NOC from your husband.

I should clarify. I have an RP that is based on my being a spouse. Is that something that I can get switched somehow to an employer to be a work visa/permit?
