NOC REQUIRRED FOR HOUSE MAID VISA?

I have Srilankan housemaid visa approval and would like to bring one house maid from Srilanka.
The present issue is that she was in Qatar during Mar 2010 to Sep 2010.Her sponsor got demobilized from Qatar and she also went to Srilanka through exit.
(Both parties visa cancelled).
Now for bringing the same housemaid, Do I need to provide NOC?
As per my query, I understood that only sponsor’s Visa cancelled Copy is required to process visa.
Your valuable suggestion is highly appreciable…..

I think no need but i am not sure cos housemaid does not come under labor law and there is no need for NOC cos she is coming to Doha on domestic visa there is no ban one of my friend is come to Doha on domestic visa before he was on domestic visa house driver..................wait for some more response.
