Hi, I am Thomas,

Working with private company for almost 9 yeas. Now my company doesn't have any project, so they started terminating all employees, my turn will be very soon. They are not ready to issue NOC, but they give a letter saying No Job at present so we are terminating . Now i have another offer inside Qatar, will this letter is sufficient for me to apply for the other company? please guide me.
