NOC or Release Letter
Hi,
I am employee associated with a company for more than 4 years now. As of now I have an intention of changing my employer, however my present employer is not in a favor of granting NOC / Release. Can someone tell me whether i am eligible to obtain a release from my present employer. What I need to do to convince my present employer to grant me NOC / release. Its been now close to 5 years now I am working for my present employer and for better prospect I thought of changing my employer.
Moreover I would also like to inform that I had come here on visit visa initially sponspored by my spouse and I was locally hired after an interview process and provided visa by this company. This way my visit visa (spouse sponsored) got converted into RP.
Someone please guide.
If you're a woman, you could tell them that you don't want to work anymore, and want to be a housewife, and be back on the sponsorship of your husband.
After that you can work for another company.
Your spouse sponsored as a visit visa right but later your company arranged you a working visa, so the provider of your working visa is your present company, now the release is completely their right, only keep on begging.. begging, polish.. oily as much you can...
