Is NOC my right if “m terminated ??
Friends,
I'm working in a leading consultancy and wasn't recruited locally.
All of a sudden company starts lay off (30-40 % of staff) and declared no NOC will be given. (Shock treatment + back blow).
Is 'm entitled to get an NOC as the reason of termination is completely out of my hand??
Please help me informing about the legal right...
I'm settled here with my family and its very hard time for me.!!!
vadamukku, are you referring to KEO? I heard they have been demobilizing employees and are not granting any NOC whether you're locally hired or not. NO exemption. Is that true?
the only best thing you can do is talk to your employer and explain your situation.they are also human beings who have heart and soul, just do it patiently and in a nice way.most companies are giving NOC if they terminate employees.
Unfortunately, NOC is a priviledge right of the employer which is only given at his discretion.
No. Nobody has any automatic right to an NOC regardless of how their employment ends.
Just try pleading to your sponsor
