NOC letter for wife
I am the sponsor of my wife and she's planning to get a job hired locally. If she doesn't like the job after a few months or years, will she need a NOC if she decides to leave? or because I am her sponsor she won't need one?
I've read loads of info on this but can't seem to find an answer to this particular situation.
Thanks for your help
as long as you are under husband sponsorship, you don't need an noc from the clinic.
Live well...learn plenty...laugh often...love much.
Does this apply even to dentist ?
I want to know if i get a job and if i haven't signed a contract, but registered as a dentist with a clinic , can i still change the job and won't need a noc form the clinic employer.
Please guide me here.
thank you
Thank you very much Anoif1. Very informative.

No there will be no need for NOC for your wife if she wishes to change employer. I am under my husband's sponsorship and have changed employer twice without any problems. Just the normal notice period as per contract. NOC is purely to do with sponsorship and would only apply if the employee is sponsored by the employer.
