Hi guys.. i wanna know whether i can resign from a company and join another without an NOC. If i do so is there another way i can get an RP other than getting the NOC ??

NOC is a must for sponsorship transfer, i believe you can change sponsorship without an NOC after 2 year. Hope that helps.
