NOC Issue

Good day to all Qler's!
My first time to post here. I feel uneasy. Hope to get my purpose.
Anyways, I am hoping someone can give me a correct answer with reference to my case. My employer won't give me NOC just for the reason that I already used their visa.
My questions is, if they cancel my visa and I will exit the country and go back home, can they apply again for the same visa (meaning:same position, gender, nationality)that I used which is already cancelled?
Thing is, I am willing to exit the country but I am requesting my company to give me an NOC of entering Qatar without finishing the 2 yr. ban.
I am thanking in advance those you have the experience in this matter and is willing to help.

Appreciated your time in answering my query. I was hired locally and my position should be secretary. But they put me to sales with the same salary and no changes in my contract. I am having difficulty with the Road and weather. May be I will have a chance in getting my NOC without their approval?
If the company is not ready to give you NOC, forget goback to your country and wait for 2 years to come back again here.
You can not enter with in 2 years with out a NOC
The above answer is correct. If they dont cancel and give you NOC they will loose one visa. If they have hired you directly from your home country, you might not be able to claim much, still you can approach HUMAN RIGHTS COMMITTEE.

Yes. Your company can hire a replacement for you using the same category of your cancelled visa.
