NOC for family visa application is valid only for 1 month?

my NOC was dated 07 Sept 2010 but im still waiting for my transfered salary to bank by 15 Oct 2010 and then i will apply for a bank statement. is my NOC still valid until 15 Oct 2010?

because im still waiting for my salary this month to make it 6 months bank statement.

Yes you can use the same.. but the bank statement should show the October salary for the same amount. If you have a 4 months statements why should you wait for 15th October
