NOC expired?
I have given a NOC last Dec 2007. And we apply last Jan 08 to the Labor for my visa transfer under my husband and got rejected because of his profession in the contract is a Labor only and the bank statement. Now we have the bank statement.
And we just amend my husband's profession and approved just last week and Labor dept told us to go to Immigration after 7days. Can we re-apply again for my visa under my husband, using my previous application?
Is NOC have an expiration?
If it was issued in December 2007 and you are reapplying this month, it would be better if you will get another letter from your previous sponsor, usually documents are only acknowledged within 3 months based on date of issuance. Banks statements must be the latest ones.
And it will be much much better if all the details regarding your husband's visa i.e. his designation is all uniform with each and every document. this would prevent any other hassle in processing your residence permit under his sponsorship.
