Can anybody please tell me the procedure for getting NOC from bank to travel out of Qatar in a car with loan after paying a deposit of QR. 10,000/- as per the new rule. Does anybody have an experience with this procedure with loan from Doha Bank.....

Confused with different answers from Bank, call centre, freinds...etc.
