Noc for Business visit Visa

My freind came here on a business visit visa and got the job but he is not having a Noc.. can he exit and come back to qatar on new visa without a Noc...

As a sri lankan lady, Can a travel agency give me a business visit visa with NOC ? are they extendable/transferrable? appreciate any help! Thanks a lot!
if he has stayed over 1 month , he will need exit visa to leave qatar. NOC not required for people on business visa.
If he is coming for business visa again no need to have no objection letter but if he is coming for employment visa he should get no objection letter from the last sponsor.(even it is business visa)
NOC is required only for employment visa not for business visa. He may have to exit Qatar if he is currently on business visa and travel back to Qatar on new employment visa.
how reliable this answer is? any proof?
HE CAN COME BACK THE NEXT DAY WHEN HE EXIT THE COUNTRY,NO PROBS.
As long as he exit out of country, definitely he can enter with a new work permit, absolutely no problem
