NOC in arabic or english?

Hi everyone....can I pls know if u r transferring ur sponsorship from personal to company, the NOC is required in English or Arabic? Can I just give a letter with details in English addressed 'To whomever it may concern'...Can someone who has done this recently pls let me know....Thanks guys...Have a great weekend...
